Privacy notice

The forum is organised by SEHA Al Dhafra Hospitals. The registration platform at aldhafrahealthforum.com is operated on their behalf by Ibtikar Robotics (FZE). This notice explains what the platform does with your information.
What is collected
- When you register: your title, first and last name, email address, mobile number and attendee category, and, if you give them, your organisation, job title, speciality and an exhibitor company code.
- At the forum: the time and place each time your badge is scanned, at the entrance, for lunch or at a workshop.
- In the app, if you use these features: the sessions you save, the contacts you exchange with other attendees, the feedback you send, and your permission for notifications.
Why it is used
- To register you, issue your badge and let the organisers approve registrations.
- To check you in at the forum and manage lunch and workshops.
- To email you your badge and practical information about the forum.
- To send you notifications, only if you allowed them.
- To let you exchange contact details with other attendees.
Contact exchange between attendees
When another attendee scans your badge to swap contacts, they receive your name, organisation, job title, email address and mobile number. If you do not want to take part, contact us and it will be switched off for your badge.
Who receives it
The forum organisers and the platform operator named above. The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the UAE, and emails are sent through Microsoft Azure. If you allow notifications, they are delivered through your browser's own notification service. Your information is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Cookies and storage
The platform uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It keeps your sign-in and your badge on your device so that the badge works without a connection.
Your choices
You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Delete my account: your name, email address and phone number are removed from your registration, your badge is refused at the entrance and you are signed out on every device. Records of entries, lunch, workshops and feedback are kept without your name for the organisers' statistics, and the organisers' activity log may still show your name. To see or correct your information, contact us.

تنظّم مستشفيات الظفرة التابعة لشركة صحة الملتقى. وتشغّل شركة Ibtikar Robotics (FZE) منصة التسجيل aldhafrahealthforum.com نيابةً عن مستشفيات الظفرة. يوضح هذا الإشعار ما تفعله المنصة ببياناتك.
البيانات التي تُجمع
- عند التسجيل: اللقب، والاسم الأول واسم العائلة، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف المتحرك، وفئة المشارك، وكذلك جهة العمل والمسمى الوظيفي والتخصص ورمز الشركة العارضة إذا قدّمتها.
- خلال الملتقى: وقت ومكان كل مسح لبطاقتك، عند المدخل أو للغداء أو في ورشة عمل.
- في التطبيق، إذا استخدمت هذه الميزات: الجلسات التي تحفظها، وجهات الاتصال التي تتبادلها مع مشاركين آخرين، والملاحظات التي ترسلها، وموافقتك على الإشعارات.
أغراض الاستخدام
- تسجيلك وإصدار بطاقتك وتمكين المنظمين من اعتماد التسجيلات.
- تسجيل دخولك إلى الملتقى وإدارة الغداء وورش العمل.
- إرسال بطاقتك ومعلومات عملية عن الملتقى إلى بريدك الإلكتروني.
- إرسال الإشعارات إليك، فقط إذا سمحت بها.
- تمكينك من تبادل بيانات الاتصال مع مشاركين آخرين.
تبادل جهات الاتصال بين المشاركين
عندما يمسح مشارك آخر بطاقتك لتبادل جهات الاتصال، يحصل على اسمك وجهة عملك ومسماك الوظيفي وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك المتحرك. إذا كنت لا ترغب في المشاركة، تواصل معنا وسيتم إيقاف هذه الميزة لبطاقتك.
من يتلقى البيانات
منظمو الملتقى ومشغّل المنصة المذكوران أعلاه. تُستضاف المنصة على Microsoft Azure في دولة الإمارات، وتُرسل رسائل البريد الإلكتروني عبر Microsoft Azure. وإذا سمحت بالإشعارات، تصلك عبر خدمة الإشعارات الخاصة بمتصفحك. لا تُباع بياناتك ولا تُستخدم لأغراض إعلانية.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين
لا تستخدم المنصة ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية أو تحليلية. وتحتفظ بتسجيل دخولك وبطاقتك على جهازك لكي تعمل البطاقة دون اتصال.
خياراتك
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق عبر حذف حسابي: يُحذف اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك من تسجيلك، وتُرفض بطاقتك عند المدخل، ويتم تسجيل خروجك من جميع الأجهزة. وتبقى سجلات الدخول والغداء وورش العمل والملاحظات دون اسمك لأغراض إحصاءات المنظمين، وقد يظل اسمك ظاهراً في سجل نشاط المنظمين. للاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها، تواصل معنا.
